Preston Charlton
Preston Charlton is a regional vice president at Cornerstone. He is a general securities representative and general securities principal (FINRA series 7, 24 and 63) offering Delaware statutory trusts and alternative real estate investments through WealthForge Securities LLC (member FINRA, SIPC).
Preston has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and holds licenses in property and casualty insurance as well as life and health insurance.
Preston has over 30 years of investment planning experience in the securities and real estate markets, including positions at Morgan Stanley, State Farm, and Allstate. At Cornerstone, he has assisted hundreds of customers in developing diversified investment portfolios for income and growth. With a broad knowledge across many financial markets, Preston brings a passion for helping customers diversify their traditional market-based portfolios with income producing real estate assets that offer long-term growth potential.
On a personal level, Preston enjoys spending time with his wife and their three daughters. He enjoys traveling, golf, and hiking. He values his faith and spent six years in full-time ministry to college students and has been on the leadership board of two churches. He has served on his local Young Life committee for almost 20 years.
