Preston Charlton

Preston Charlton is a General Securities Representative and General Securities Principal (FINRA series 24, 7 and 63) and offers Delaware Statutory Trust properties for investment through WealthForge Securities LLC (member FINRA, SIPC).

Mr. Charlton has over 30 years of investment experience in the securities markets and has served as a broker and financial services manager with companies such as Morgan Stanley and State Farm. He has pioneered and given leadership to the development and growth of the financial services businesses of two major property and casualty companies. As an investment broker and manager, Mr. Charlton has assisted hundreds of customers in evaluating investment needs and in developing investment portfolios that help investors meet those needs. Mr. Charlton has also been a small business owner of a property and casualty insurance agency.

Mr. Charlton holds a B.S in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has passed the Certified Financial Planner(r) exam. He also holds Life & Health and Property & Casualty insurance licenses in Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland. Mr. Charlton brings a passion to assisting investors in evaluating investment options and finding the most appropriate DST investments available to meet their financial goals and objectives.
